All proceeds raised by the auction and ball are used by our ongoing programs: daily art classes for children and youth from orphanages, summer and winter art - rehabilitation camps.
The auction will also feature contemporary artists' works. All works will be displayed at the White Room Foundation from the 29th of October 2020.
Among the lots you will see individual and collective works of our students – painting, ceramics, pottery, batik, mosaic, stained glass, patchwork, tapestry and felting.
All proceeds raised by the auction and ball are used by our ongoing programs: daily art classes for children and youth from orphanages, summer and winter art - rehabilitation camps. Thanks to your support we help orphanage graduates, arrange humanitarian trips to Beslan, do wall-painting in children homes and hospitals. Each year we prepare a performance and present it at the Shakespeare Festival in Stratford-upon-Avon. Besides, we launched a completely new programme "Art-Village" on the Volga river which gives an opportunity for children-orphans from Moscow, Moscow region, and cities Kalyazin, Uglich, Rybinsk, Yaroslavl, Vologda find themselves in a loving family atmosphere, get a feel for an everyday life of the countryside, explore history and traditions of the village Uchma. Neighborhood with the oldest Russian cities will enhance the childrens' cultural and aesthetic development.
